Bootcamp: This is a high intensity, high impact class in a military style format. It uses both traditional and nontraditional exercises and is designed for those who are looking to push themselves to the next level.
Teen Fitness: Childhood obesity is out of control. This class is for the teens and pre-teens, 8-14, that are not getting enough exercise. Classes are designed for all levels and set to hip music to provide a fun and exciting environment.
Step-Low: This class is designed for beginners and mature adults. It is a low impact, low intensity class designed to get you started or keep you going.
Step-High: This is a traditional high impact, high intensity aerobic class that will keep you moving and make you sweat.
Cardio Hip-Hop: This is a fun, dance-based aerobics class for all levels. It uses easy to learn hip-hop inspired moves to give you a great workout.
Turbo Kick: This is a high intensity aerobic class that uses easy to learn punch, kick and knee combinations. This class is designed to raise your heart-rated and burn the maximum amount of calories.
Cycle: Pedal your way to fitness. Cycle is a high intensity cardio workout on stationary bikes.
Cycle Plus: A traditional cycle class mixed with upper-body resistance training to make the perfect total workout.

Complete Pump: This is a strength training class. It uses barbell, dumbbells and rubber tubing to strengthen all muscle groups.
Complete Fitness: This is a group personal training class. It is the ultimate blend of strength and cardio training. It uses dumbbell, barbells, and rubber tubing, to strengthen your muscles, and anaerobic moves to keep your heart rate high.
Zumba: This is a high energy; Latin dance based aerobic class for all levels. The easy to learn moves and great music provide you with a fun workout.
Cardio Fitness: This is a high energy, traditional aerobic class. The great music and non-stop movement will give you a fun and effective workout.
Piyo: This class is a hybrid of pilates and yoga. It's an energetic class desined to tone and sculpt the entire body without the stress on your joints.
Senior Fitness: This class is designed especially for seniors. It is a low impact class that will keep you strong, flexible, and mobile so that you can maintain a high quality of life.
Cardio Fusion: This is a cardio class that mixes in a little resistance work and a lot of ab work. This class is a real calorie burner and a perfect workout.
